The inquiry form asks for your name, mobile number, desired service, message and permission for Luis to text you about your request. It does not book an appointment. A separate, optional box lets you also agree to occasional offers and updates by text; leaving it unticked doesn’t affect your inquiry, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

How the information is used

Inquiries are stored using Cloudflare so Luis can respond and technical support can recover a request if an alert fails. Pushover carries an alert to Luis. Technical failure alerts are intended for Chris and should not include your inquiry details.

Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent spam. The inquiry service processes your IP address for abuse controls. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.

The form stores a random retry identifier and a digest in this tab’s session storage to reduce duplicate requests. It does not store your name, phone number or message there. Text Luis opens your messaging app; nothing is sent until you send it.
